Smart Phone, Tablet Specialist
My wireless career started in 2009. I began selling phones and services for MetroPCS. I realized I had a passion for speaking to clientele and a knack for coming up with solutions. I quickly climbed the ladder and began to shine. I was promoted to a training manager, then a hiring manager. In 2013, when MetroPCS merged with T-Mobile, there was an explosion of growth throughout the nation. There was a strong need for those who practiced exemplary leadership skills. My opportunity had presented itself. I began my journey as an administrator, working behind the scenes as a district manager. With a unique ability to scout talent and work well with others, I clearly had a gift for managing people. In 2016, I was promoted to Market Manager and relocated to Virginia. This is where my leadership skills were really tested. I managed 10 stores and over 30 employees while traveling along the eastern shore of the United States aiding in the expansion of new markets and training district managers. I was declared the youngest market manager in the nation for what was now called Metro by T-Mobile. Because of the mountain of success, I created in Virginia, I was invited to come back to Florida and take on a new market managing 20 stores and over 50 employees. In early 2017, my desires changed and I wanted to start a family. I knew working 80 plus hours a week was not going to allow me to build a stable foundation for a family. I did what most said was stupid or crazy. I put a notice in that I was leaving the company, and so many were surprised. I knew if I wanted more control over my life and more time at home, I would have to start something of my own. I needed something that would involve customer service because I
love talking to people and wireless because I love technology and have so much experience. Out of a spare bedroom in my house Fix or Flip was born. After a few short months and the support of friends and longtime customers, the concept I created was growing fast. In October of 2017, I moved into the Townsquare Mall. After three and a half years of hard work, I was blessed to move into a storefront. And, guess what? It was previously a MetroPCS store for almost 20 years. It only made sense. You think that’s ironic? This was the first MetroPCS store I worked at. I was trained out of this location and later came back to manage this Store. At the end of the day, we all want to work doing what we love. As for me, I’m blessed because that’s exactly what I’m doing.

Computer Specialist
I've always had a fascination with figuring out how things work. My love for technology sparked at a young age. I decided to pursue my passion by acquiring old computers and repairing them. Soon I was fixing computers for friends and family members. In high school, I decided to further my knowledge and attend computer business classes. Afterward, I enrolled in March Man Tech for Computer Systems and Technology. I've since made a career with my knowledge and experience with technology. I spent a few years working odd jobs and then landed an opportunity with TLZ Technologies where I was refurbishing computer systems both hardware and software. Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing was an everyday task. My work became repetitive and I decided to look for a new place to call home. In 2016 I joined the Computer Butler team. Here I serviced computers for the general public and an assortment of local businesses. In 2020 I was put out of work because of Covid-19. With months of completing projects at home and keeping busy with side jobs repairing tech, I was starting to get the itch to fix more. That following year I got a call from Eddy he was expanding his business and looking for a serious tech to join forces with and the rest is now history. Rarely is there an issue that I cannot figure out? One of my favorite quotes: "A great tech will not tell you they know it all, a great tech will show you!"
